About me
I'm a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist providing counselling and evidence-based CBT in a confidential and thoughtfully held space. I'm down to earth and passionate about helping my clients. My approach combines structured therapy with warmth and professionalism, creating an environment where you can feel safe to explore what is going on for you.
I support adults experiencing anxiety disorders, trauma, OCD, low mood, and difficulties with self-esteem and emotional regulation. I work collaboratively and at your pace, supporting you to gain insight, develop practical strategies, and create meaningful and lasting change.
With over 17 years’ experience working alongside vulnerable and diverse communities, including refugees and trafficked young people, my practice is informed by a deep understanding of trauma, resilience and cultural context. I aim to offer therapy that is thoughtful, respectful and grounded in both clinical skill and human connection.
Outside of my clinical work, I value time with family and friends, creativity, and the arts — whether that’s cooking, theatre, film or live music.
